In observation of the Memorial Day holiday weekend, our hours of operation for our offices are as follows:

[Restored] Call-Center (Power Outage)
As of 3:30pm our Newport News call-center is without power. Currently we are on backup power but not sure how long that will last.
4:30pm – Power Restored by Dominion – All Systems Normal
[Fixed] Queenslake DSL Outage (03-28-2012)
Some DSL customers in the Queenslake area of Williamsburg, VA, area began to experience an outage starting around 7:00 AM today (03-28-2012). We have reported this outage to the phone company and are working with them to resolve the problem as soon as possible. At this time they have not provided an ETR (Estimated Time of Repair/Resolution). We will keep this page and our telephone system message updated with details and updates as we receive them. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Update: 7:55 AM:
The phone company has confirmed the outage and are working on a resolution. No ETA as of yet.

We Are Moving!
Our offices will soon be located at 11860 Fishing Point Dr in Newport News, VA. 23606. Just 2 blocks away from our current location. During the next couple of weeks, we will be moving our offices to the new location and our office will be closed for walk-in traffic. If you need to see us in person, please call the support lines at 757-253-7621 and we will assist you by setting up alternate means to be able to see us. Our support lines will remain open during their normal hours of 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturday.
[Fixed] Web Hosting Outage

There is a known issue that is causing Web Hosting customers to not be able to connect to their hosted web sites or hosted e-mail accounts. Network engineers are aware of, and working on the problem now. We apologize for the inconvenience. Updates will be posted here and/or available on our automated telephone system (757-253-7621).

Web Hosting has been restored and services are up and running. We will continue to be testing things for the next couple of days. If any web hosting customer notices any issues they should contact our office to report them (757-253-7621). Customers reported being able to connect again around 6:00 PM. The outage appears to be resolved.
