[Completed] Upcoming Plesk Software Upgrade (Hosting Server)
October 19 2020, 2:00 PM – This announcement applies to web or email hosting customers, with their own domain names, hosted on our Plesk hosting servers.
We have scheduled a software upgrade, on our Plesk hosting servers on, Monday, October 26th, 2020, beginning around, 8:00 PM ET.
Plesk Hosting Server Certificate Renewal
The following announcement only affects customers who host their own domain name on our Plesk hosting server.
We have renewed our SSL/TLS security certificate for our Plesk hosting server. This renewed certificate will be used for connections to the Plesk server and the Plesk Control Panel. This includes FTPS and email connections (POP3, IMAP, SMTP). We will be enabling this renewed certificate early next week, which is the week beginning on, Monday, August 17, 2020.

The migration to the new Plesk hosting server is complete.
Please check that all of your website and e-mail data have transferred over to the new server. There is only a limited amount of time that we will have access to the old server. If you find something is missing from the new server, let us know ASAP so we can attempt to access it on the old server, before it is no longer available.

Upcoming Plesk Hosting Server Migration & Upgrade (March 2019)
During the month of March (2019), we plan to migrate our Plesk web hosting servers to a new server provider on updated hardware. We will also be upgrading the server software, including the operating system, LAMP software (including PHP), and the Plesk Control Panel.

[Update 12/26/2018]
The server provider resolved the Plesk license issue on the afternoon of 12/24/2018. The Plesk Control Panel is available, again.
[Update 12:00am 12/8/2018]
The server provider has resolved the mySQL database issues. Websites that use a mySQL database are, again, working properly. There remains a Plesk Control Panel license issue which prevents logging into the Plesk Control Panel to make changes. We have a trouble ticket open for this issue and are waiting for a resolution. With the exception of the license issues, it appears all services on the Plesk6 hosting server are back up and running.
Plesk Web Hosting Server Network Issues on 7/9/2018
On the evening of, Monday, 7/9/2018, some customers, with domains hosted on Widomaker’s Plesk hosting server, may have experienced slowness, or the temporary inability to reach their hosted website. This was caused by a network issue at the server and network provider. They reported they were under a DoS [Denial-of-Service] attack, They resolved the issue later in the evening.
