[Resolved] DSL Outage in the First Colony/Route 5 Area of Williamsburg

October 12 2020: Beginning about 12:30 PM ET, on Monday, October 12th, 2020, DSL customers, in the area of First Colony, and areas near Route 5, close to Jamestown, in Williamsburg, were unable to connect to DSL. 6/24/2020 4:00 PM – Our email server provider is experiencing an issue that may affect widomaker.com email accounts, as well as Hosted Email Pro Enhanced Email accounts. Plesk email accounts are NOT affected.

We are investigating an issue preventing some users on Cluster B from logging into Webmail. Our operations team has been engaged.

6/24/2020 7:55 PM – Our email server provider has resolved the issue.

Our team has implemented a fix to this issue and all email services should now be operational.

The email services on the cluster are fully functional.
This incident is now resolved.

5/7/2020 3:30 PM – Our email server provider is experiencing an issue that may affect widomaker.com email accounts, as well as Hosted Email Pro Enhanced Email accounts. Plesk email accounts are NOT affected.

We are investigating an issue where users on Cluster B may experience trouble logging into their webmail or accessing their mailbox via an IMAP connection.

4/28/2020 12:30 PM – Our email server provider is experiencing an authentication issue that may affect widomaker.com email accounts, as well as Hosted Email Pro Enhanced Email accounts. Plesk email accounts are NOT affected.

Investigating – We are currently experiencing an issue that is impacting (IMAP, POP, Cluster B, Webmail). We’re experiencing authentication problems in cluster B that may affect end users, our operations team is investigating.

Client Impact: Some users might experience authentication issues when attempting to access POP, IMAP and webmail services.

3:32 PM – Our email server provider is experiencing an authentication issue that may affect widomaker.com email accounts, as well as Hosted Email Pro Enhanced Email accounts. Plesk email accounts are NOT affected.

Users will experience issues with authenticating themselves for the hostedemail service on cluster B. As a result, they may not be able to pull any new mail, send new mail, or access webmail altogether.
