Email Maintenance Starting at 11:00 PM EST, on Multiple Evenings
Our email server provider has recently notified us of scheduled maintenance to occur on multiple evenings beginning on, November 28, 2024, starting at 11:00 PM EST…
We will be performing an upgrade after 11pm EST (10pm CST/8pm PST). This upgrade requires us to rebuild our servers, so there will be a chance for a short amount of downtime. We will be adding capacity for expected increased load due to seasonality and to improve our ability to respond in real time […] [to] incidents.
This may affect customers with @widomaker.com (or @tni.net) email addresses, and other customers using our Hosted Email Pro Enhanced Email. During the maintenance there will likely be service interruptions.
Customers using Widomaker’s Plesk, for email, also known as Hosted Email Pro Standard Email, are NOT affected.

Email Server Maintenance on Monday, June 26, 2023
We have received notification from our email server provider of upcoming maintenance. This may affect customers with widomaker.com (or tni.net) email addresses, as well as customers, with their own custom domain names, using our Enhanced Email hosting services. This maintenance will NOT affect customers with email hosted on our Plesk hosting servers.
On Monday, June 26, 2023, from 12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. EDT, we will be performing service migration work and […] improvements. We are expecting 5 to 15 minutes of downtime during the migration as we need to restart our services. Requests made during this downtime window will fail, and you’ll want to reattempt them once services are restored. We do not expect any other service impacts or downtime.

For 99% of our users the migration has been completed and you should expect a return to normal operating.
That means most everyone’s email should be back to working normally, already, or within a short period of time.
If you are still having trouble or notice missing emails, duplicate emails, or emails that were deleted but came back, please contact us and provide the email addresses affected, along with a description of the issue, so we can have our provider investigate.

Our mail server provider has scheduled maintenance for, 9:00 PM, Tuesday, Eastern Time (ET).
Email users may be impacted when accessing mail via IMAP or Webmail.
During the maintenance window, impacted users can attempt reconnecting to the hosted email service to continue services.
This maintenance only has the potential to affect customers with widomaker.com, or tni.net, email addresses, or business customers using Hosted Email Pro – Enhanced Email. Plesk Standard Email is not affected.
