[Resolved] DSL Outage in the First Colony/Route 5 Area of Williamsburg

October 12 2020: Beginning about 12:30 PM ET, on Monday, October 12th, 2020, DSL customers, in the area of First Colony, and areas near Route 5, close to Jamestown, in Williamsburg, were unable to connect to DSL. [Resolved] Email Connection Issue 6/24/2020 4:00 PM

6/24/2020 4:00 PM – Our email server provider is experiencing an issue that may affect widomaker.com email accounts, as well as Hosted Email Pro Enhanced Email accounts. Plesk email accounts are NOT affected.

We are investigating an issue preventing some users on Cluster B from logging into Webmail. Our operations team has been engaged.

6/24/2020 7:55 PM – Our email server provider has resolved the issue.

Our team has implemented a fix to this issue and all email services should now be operational.

This issue is now resolved and all email services have been restored

We are currently investigating an issue with our Cluster B email service. Some users may experience trouble accessing their webmail or IMAP connections at this time.

The email services on the cluster are fully functional.
This incident is now resolved.

5/7/2020 3:30 PM – Our email server provider is experiencing an issue that may affect widomaker.com email accounts, as well as Hosted Email Pro Enhanced Email accounts. Plesk email accounts are NOT affected.

We are investigating an issue where users on Cluster B may experience trouble logging into their webmail or accessing their mailbox via an IMAP connection.
