[Resolved] DSL Outage 12/17/2020
12/17/2020 10:30 AM – This morning there appears to be an outage affecting DSL Internet connections, the scope of which is currently unknown, but may include many DSL users across the country.
Additionally, we are having trouble reaching the office, on the West Coast, that handles DSL trouble reports and network status. Their office doesn’t open until noon, our time, and their website, used for trouble tickets and email, is down. That could indicate a network failure, at their location, which could be affecting nationwide DSL services.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and will provide more information as soon as we receive it.
12/14/2020 11:45 AM – The issue appears to have been resolved shortly after 11:30 AM. Affected customers are able to reconnect.
