Multiple Netgear router models contain vulnerabilities that a remote attacker can exploit to take control of an affected device. Widomaker does not provide Netgear routers with our service, however, many of our customers may have purchased one, themselves, to use with their Internet service. 6/24/2020 4:00 PM – Our email server provider is experiencing an issue that may affect widomaker.com email accounts, as well as Hosted Email Pro Enhanced Email accounts. Plesk email accounts are NOT affected.
We are investigating an issue preventing some users on Cluster B from logging into Webmail. Our operations team has been engaged.
6/24/2020 7:55 PM – Our email server provider has resolved the issue.
Our team has implemented a fix to this issue and all email services should now be operational.

Recently we have been having IMAP issues in Cluster B due to high CPU usage, we will be balancing the IMAP nodes across the cluster. There will be some expected downtime for some users during this time.

We are currently investigating an issue with our Cluster B email service. Some users may experience trouble accessing their webmail or IMAP connections at this time.

Investigating – We are currently experiencing an issue that is impacting (IMAP, POP, Cluster B, Webmail). We’re experiencing authentication problems in cluster B that may affect end users, our operations team is investigating.
Client Impact: Some users might experience authentication issues when attempting to access POP, IMAP and webmail services.
