Plesk Hosting Server Certificate Renewal (2020)
The following announcement only affects customers who host their own domain name on our Plesk hosting server.
We have renewed our SSL/TLS security certificate for our Plesk hosting server. This renewed certificate will be used for connections to the Plesk server and the Plesk Control Panel. This includes FTPS and email connections (POP3, IMAP, SMTP). We will be enabling this renewed certificate early next week, which is the week beginning on, Monday, August 17, 2020.

Netgear Router Vulnerabilities
Multiple Netgear router models contain vulnerabilities that a remote attacker can exploit to take control of an affected device. Widomaker does not provide Netgear routers with our service, however, many of our customers may have purchased one, themselves, to use with their Internet service. [Resolved] Email Connection Issue 6/24/2020 4:00 PM
6/24/2020 4:00 PM – Our email server provider is experiencing an issue that may affect widomaker.com email accounts, as well as Hosted Email Pro Enhanced Email accounts. Plesk email accounts are NOT affected.
We are investigating an issue preventing some users on Cluster B from logging into Webmail. Our operations team has been engaged.
6/24/2020 7:55 PM – Our email server provider has resolved the issue.
Our team has implemented a fix to this issue and all email services should now be operational.

Recently we have been having IMAP issues in Cluster B due to high CPU usage, we will be balancing the IMAP nodes across the cluster. There will be some expected downtime for some users during this time.

This issue is now resolved and all email services have been restored

We are currently investigating an issue with our Cluster B email service. Some users may experience trouble accessing their webmail or IMAP connections at this time.
