Telephone Outage Monday Aug 24 2015
Due to a telephone company outage, on Monday, August 24th, 2015, in the area of our Newport News office, we are unable to answer telephone calls. The telephone company is working on the problem and has estimated it will be resolved around 1:30PM.

8 Reasons Not to Upgrade to Windows 10
Microsoft’s latest version of Windows, Windows 10, is scheduled to be released, in a few days, on July 29th 2015. This article (click here), about this upcoming new version of Microsoft Windows, has some good reasons to wait to upgrade to Windows 10.
Widomaker recommends waiting to upgrade to Windows 10. Widomaker will not be immediately providing technical support for Windows 10, until additional testing and training has been completed.

July 4th 2015
Our offices and phone support will be closed during Saturday July 4th, 2015. We will resume our normal hours on July 6th. All systems will remain monitored during the holiday.

Scheduled Server Maintenance, Saturday and Sunday, 10/4/2014 – 10/5/2014
We have been informed by our data center, and server provider, that they will be performing maintenance on the nodes that several of our servers are using. This will require them to shut down several of our servers for a brief time.

However, we have maintained several alternate numbers that will be depreciated, and may be discontinued/disconnected in the near future. Please make sure that you have our main business number, 757-253-7621, on file, in case you need to call our office.
