Email Connection Issue August 13 2022

August 13 2022, 6:00 PM – Our email server provider has notified us of an issue that may affect customers using widomaker.com (or tni.net) email addresses, and customer’s using the Hosted Email Pro Enhanced Email service. This issue does not affect customers hosted on the Plesk hosting server.

Degraded Performance on Cluster B

Hostedemail services are currently experiencing degraded performance on Cluster B. (IMAP, Prod B, Webmail). Our engineering team is in the process of restoring services, however it may take some time. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide further updates once available. Some customers will not be able to access inboxes or webmail at this time.

Horde Webmail Changed to RoundCube Webmail on Plesk Hosting Servers

Note that most hosting customers use Outlook or Thunderbird to access their email, and do not regularly use webmail.

March 2 2022, 1:15 PM – Our email server provider has notified us of an issue that may affect customers using widomaker.com (or tni.net) email addresses, and customer’s using the Hosted Email Pro Enhanced Email service. This issue does not affect customers hosted on the Plesk hosting server.

Email Connection Issue

We are currently experiencing an issue that is impacting Hosted email (Webmail, IMAP). The engineering team has been engaged and is currently investigating the issue. During this time, all email services in cluster B will be impacted during the outage.
