[Migration Complete] Plesk Server Migration is Complete (Update 4)
The migration to the new Plesk hosting server is complete.
If you haven’t read the previous announcements about this migration, please read them first.
Please take a few moments to check that all of your website and email data have transferred correctly. We will only have access to the old server for a limited time. If you find anything is missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to retrieve it.
What You Should Do Now
- Test Your Website: Please test all pages of your website to confirm they are fully functional. Pay special attention to dynamic features like contact forms, shopping carts, or user logins. If you use a CMS like WordPress, please log in to ensure it is working as expected.
- Verify Your Email: Please test your email accounts to confirm you can send and receive messages normally. We recommend sending a test email from your hosted account to an external address (like Gmail or Outlook) and sending a reply back.
- Avoid Changes (Recommended): We suggest avoiding major changes to your website or hosting settings until Wednesday, October 15, 2025, so we can be confident there are no remaining migration issues.
A Note on Email Delivery
Our new server has a new IP address, which is like a new sending address for email. It can take a few days for services like Google and Microsoft to build trust with this new address. During this “warm-up” period, some email you send may be delayed or delivered to the recipient’s Spam/Junk folder. This is normal and typically resolves itself quickly.
For Users Managing Their Own DNS
If you manage your own DNS through a third-party provider and have not done so already, please update your IP addresses now. Depending on your TTL settings, it may take some time for these changes to take effect.
Old IP Address | New IP Address |
---|---|
67.227.172.108 | 209.59.158.120 |
If there is a need for any further announcements, they will be posted in the Plesk Migration 2025 section of our weblog.
Best Regards,
Bob
