[Final Sync] Plesk Hosting Server Migration Update 2 (Final Sync Scheduled for Oct 13, 2025)

The following announcement is intended for customers who have their own custom domain name (ie. www.my-domain-name.com or email@my-domain-name.com) and we are providing website, e-mail, and/or DNS hosting, on our Plesk server(s), for that domain name. If you don’t have your own custom domain name, that we are hosting for you, this announcement doesn’t apply to you. If you do host a domain name with us, please continue reading.

Please pass this announcement along to any relevant parties, including your I.T. department, I.T. support company, and/or Webmaster (Web Page Designer).

We have now completed the initial sync and testing stages of the Plesk Hosting Server Migration. The final stage is now scheduled.

The “Final Sync” will begin on Monday, October 13, 2025, at 1:00 PM EDT.

If you haven’t read the previous announcements about this migration, please read them first.

What You Should Do

To prevent data loss, it is critical that you DO NOT make any changes to your website files, databases, or hosting settings after 12:00 PM EDT on Monday, October 13.

Final Webmail Address Book Warning: If you use Webmail, this is your last chance to save a copy of your Webmail address book. After 1:00 PM EDT on Monday, the address book on the old server will no longer be accessible.
Await Final Confirmation: Stay tuned for our next announcement confirming the migration’s completion. That message will contain important final steps, such as how to test your site on the new server.

For Users Managing Their Own DNS

Most customers use Widomaker’s nameservers, and we will update your DNS automatically. However, if you manage your own DNS through a third-party provider, you must manually update your IP addresses after the final sync begins.

Please wait until after 1:00 PM EDT on Monday, October 13, 2025, before making the following DNS changes. Depending on your TTL settings, it will take some time for these changes to take effect.
