[Resolved] DSL Outage in the Stonehouse/Croaker Area of Williamsburg 9/15/22

As of approximately 3:30 PM ET, on Sept. 15, 2022, some DSL customers in the Stonehouse/Croaker area of Williamsburg began reporting intermittent service interruptions. If your DSL service is affected by this issue, be sure to let us know by calling our office, and providing the status of the lights on your DSL modem. Since there was a recent telephone company outage in the same area, we assume this is related. We have opened trouble tickets to report the issue to the telephone company and are waiting for updates. 9/15/2022 3:30 PM ET – Several customers reported DSL trouble in the Stonehouse/Croaker area of Williamsburg. Tickets were opened with the telephone company.

9/16/2022 2:00 PM ET – The telephone company reported that affected customers should be working again. However, at the time, several customers were still experiencing intermittent connections.

9/19/2022 11:40 AM ET – Per telco, the outage has cleared.
