[Completed] Upcoming Plesk Software Upgrade (Hosting Server)

October 19 2020, 2:00 PM – This announcement applies to web or email hosting customers, with their own domain names, hosted on our Plesk hosting servers.

We have scheduled a software upgrade, on our Plesk hosting servers on, Monday, ~~October 26th, 2020~~, beginning around, 8:00 PM ET.

The migration team will be upgrading our servers from Plesk Onyx to Plesk Obsidian. We do not anticipate any trouble with the upgrade, but are providing this notification in case of any unanticipated issues during, or after, the upgrade.

There may be a short service interruption during the upgrade.

Should there be any issues, lasting more than a few minutes, updates may be found on Widomaker’s social media pages…

October 19 2020, 9:00 PM – Due to an error on the part of our server provider’s managed services and migration team, the upgrade scheduled for October 26th (a week from when this announcement was posted) was completed, tonight, the evening of October 19th. It appears the upgrade completed with no errors. We will monitor for any anomalies or problem reports.
