[Resolved] DSL Outage in the First Colony/Route 5 Area of Williamsburg
October 12 2020: Beginning about 12:30 PM ET, on Monday, October 12th, 2020, DSL customers, in the area of First Colony, and areas near Route 5, close to Jamestown, in Williamsburg, were unable to connect to DSL. October 13 2020, 4:20 PM – All customers, with one exception, who previously reported DSL trouble have reconnected. We are still waiting on an update from the telephone company.
October 15 2020, 1:30 PM – The telephone company reports the outage has cleared.
