As of 5:30pm, on Thursday, January 18th, 2018, one of Widomaker’s server providers has experienced an unexpected network outage at one of their datacenters. They are aware of the issue and are working to resolve the outage.
That datacenter is where several of Widomaker’s servers are located. The affected Widomaker servers include, wilma.widomaker.com, the server that provides e-mail access to customers with an e-mail address that ends in “widomaker.com”, and the server that hosts Widomaker’s home page.
Until the network outage is resolved, Widomaker customers with an e-mail address that ends in “widomaker.com” or “tni.net” may experience intermittent trouble sending or receiving e-mail. Additionally, Widomaker’s home page may be intermittently unreachable.
