Easily Unsubscribe from Email Newsletters and Subscriptions

Are you suffering from email overload due to too many email subscriptions and newsletters? The third-party service Leave Me Alone can help you declutter your inbox. It scans your email to identify subscriptions and allows you to easily unsubscribe from unwanted mailing lists en masse. If you have many subscriptions or newsletters, this service makes it much easier to unsubscribe, instead of having to locate and click the unsubscribe link in each individual email message.

Several Widomaker customers have successfully used this service to clean up their Widomaker mailbox. It worked so well, we wanted to let our other customers know about it. Widomaker has no connection to this service other than being impressed with how well it worked.

Security and Privacy Information

Because this is a third-party tool, we encourage you to review their Security Document, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service before signing up.

Please be aware that using this service requires granting it access to your email account and password (or App Password). As a general security precaution, if you use your main password, you should change it immediately after you finish using the service.

Recommended: Enable App Passwords

For enhanced security, we strongly recommend enabling and using App Passwords with your email account before using this service.

This feature allows you to generate a unique password specifically for “Leave Me Alone.” You can then simply delete (revoke) that specific App Password when you are done, without exposing your primary account password.

Important Note regarding App Passwords:

Enabling App Passwords is a significant security upgrade that changes how you access your email. Once enabled:

  • Your primary email password will no longer work in email apps like Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, or Apple Mail.
  • Your primary password will only work for logging into Widomaker Webmail.
  • You will need to generate and enter new App Passwords for all your existing email apps.

To learn how to enable App Passwords for your Widomaker email, please follow this guide: How to Create App Passwords.
