3/15/2023 – Update – Our email server provider has provided the following update…
For 99% of our users the migration has been completed and you should expect a return to normal operating.
That means most everyone’s email should be back to working normally, already, or within a short period of time.
If you are still having trouble or notice missing emails, duplicate emails, or emails that were deleted but came back, please contact us and provide the email addresses affected, along with a description of the issue, so we can have our provider investigate.
3/13/2023 – Our email server provider is undergoing system maintenance. This may affect users of widomaker.com (or tni.net) email addresses, and customer’s using the Hosted Email Pro Enhanced Email service. This issue does NOT affect customers with their email hosted on our Plesk hosting servers.
Accessing mail via Webmail seems to work normally at this time. We recommend anyone having trouble receiving email to try accessing email via Webmail (https://weblog.widomaker.com), until the maintenance is complete.

We have observed several anomalies that are related to this system maintenance, including…
- POP3 clients not receiving new messages
- Messages re-downloaded in POP3 clients
- Missing older messages
- Duplicate messages
- IMAP folder subscriptions reset
- Intermittent login failures when using desktop email software like Thunderbird or Outlook (Webmail works normally)
