[Resolved] Email/Webmail/IMAP Issue 5/7/2020
5/7/2020 5:35 PM – The issue has been resolved.
The email services on the cluster are fully functional.
This incident is now resolved.
5/7/2020 3:30 PM – Our email server provider is experiencing an issue that may affect widomaker.com email accounts, as well as Hosted Email Pro Enhanced Email accounts. Plesk email accounts are NOT affected.
We are investigating an issue where users on Cluster B may experience trouble logging into their webmail or accessing their mailbox via an IMAP connection.
