Office Closed August 19-27, 2019

Our office will be closed from Monday, August 19th, through Monday, August 26th, 2019. We plan to reopen on Tuesday, August 27th, or Wednesday, August 28th.

All services will remain online and monitored.

If you need to reach our Sales or Support office for something that is NOT urgent, please contact us, by e-mail or telephone, once our office has reopened.

If you have an urgent concern, please send us e-mail or leave a detailed voice mail message. Messages will be checked daily, during the time our office is closed.

If you are reporting an issue with your DSL Internet service, be sure to include your DSL telephone number, and the status of each of the lights on your DSL modem, so a ticket may be opened, with the telephone company. Instructions for reporting a DSL Internet service issue may be found here in the Knowledge Base section.
