[Resolved 12/14/2018] DSL Outage in Powhatan Secondary Area of Williamsburg

Verizon has confirmed an outage in the area of Powhatan Secondary in, Williamsburg, Virginia. The outage began after power was restored to the area, following the snowy weather and power outages on, Sunday, December 9th, 2018. Verizon has stated they have no ETR (Estimated Time of Resolution), at this time. We are waiting for further updates. We appreciate your patience.

[Update 12/18/2018] We have received an update that Verizon cleared this outage at the end of the day on 12/14/2018. All outage tickets were closed on Verizon’s side. Affected customers have reconnected.

[Update 12/26/2018]
The server provider resolved the Plesk license issue on the afternoon of 12/24/2018. The Plesk Control Panel is available, again.

[Update 12:00am 12/8/2018]
The server provider has resolved the mySQL database issues. Websites that use a mySQL database are, again, working properly. There remains a Plesk Control Panel license issue which prevents logging into the Plesk Control Panel to make changes. We have a trouble ticket open for this issue and are waiting for a resolution. With the exception of the license issues, it appears all services on the Plesk6 hosting server are back up and running.

Our e-mail server provider has posted a status update regarding a mail sending issue. They are currently working to resolve the issue…

Investigating – We are experiencing mail delivery issue at this time and are actively investigating the problem. We will post additional information as we receive it.

Our team has resolved the issues affecting our spam filtering service in both Cluster A and B.
All services are now back on-line for both Clusters.
