Email Connection Issue August 13 2022

August 13 2022, 6:00 PM – Our email server provider has notified us of an issue that may affect customers using widomaker.com (or tni.net) email addresses, and customer’s using the Hosted Email Pro Enhanced Email service. This issue does not affect customers hosted on the Plesk hosting server.

August 13 2022, 11:20 PM – This incident has been resolved.

March 2 2022, 1:15 PM – Our email server provider has notified us of an issue that may affect customers using widomaker.com (or tni.net) email addresses, and customer’s using the Hosted Email Pro Enhanced Email service. This issue does not affect customers hosted on the Plesk hosting server.

[Resolved] Email Login Issues 10/5/2021 4:30 PM

10/5/2021 4:30 PM: Our email server provider is investigating some email login issues that are causing some email users to experience login failures. This DOES NOT affect email accounts hosted on our Plesk server.

We are experiencing a degradation in service for Hosted Email customers on cluster B( Inbound/Outbound Mail, IMAP, POP). Our Engineering team has been engaged and they are currently investigating the issue.

[Resolved] DSL Outage in the First Colony/Route 5 Area of Williamsburg

October 12 2020: Beginning about 12:30 PM ET, on Monday, October 12th, 2020, DSL customers, in the area of First Colony, and areas near Route 5, close to Jamestown, in Williamsburg, were unable to connect to DSL. The telephone company has confirmed there is an outage, in that area, that is affecting DSL service. The most recent update suggests they are still investigating the cause…
