Holiday Hours for Widomaker

Our Christmas / New Years Holiday Hours are as follows:

Christmas

Monday, December 24th: Office Closed – Phone Support 8am to 2pm

Tuesday, December 25th: Office Closed – No Phone Support Hours

Normal Office / Phone Support hours resume on Wednesday, December 26th.

New Years

Monday, December  31st: Office Closed – Phone Support 8am to 2pm

Tuesday, January 1st: Office Closed – No Phone Support Hours

Thanksgiving Hours

In observation of the Thanksgiving Day holiday, we will be closed on Thursday, November 22nd, 2012.

Phone Support hours will be the normal 8am to 8pm on Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturday, but the office will be closed.

Normal hours will resume on Monday, November 26th.

In observation of the Memorial Day holiday weekend, our hours of operation for our offices are as follows:

[Fixed] Queenslake DSL Outage (03-28-2012)

Some DSL customers in the Queenslake area of Williamsburg, VA, area began to experience an outage starting around 7:00 AM today (03-28-2012). We have reported this outage to the phone company and are working with them to resolve the problem as soon as possible. At this time they have not provided an ETR (Estimated Time of Repair/Resolution). We will keep this page and our telephone system message updated with details and updates as we receive them. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Update: 7:55 AM:
The phone company has confirmed the outage and are working on a resolution.  No ETA as of yet.

Update: 3:00PM
All services restored.

We Are Moving!

Our offices will soon be located at 11860 Fishing Point Dr in Newport News, VA. 23606.  Just 2 blocks away from our current location.  During the next couple of weeks, we will be moving our offices to the new location and our office will be closed for walk-in traffic.  If you need to see us in person, please call the support lines at 757-253-7621 and we will assist you by setting up alternate means to be able to see us.  Our support lines will remain open during their normal hours of 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturday.

[Fixed] Phone Outage affecting DSL in 757 Area Code 9/19/11

Please note, DSL customers in the 757 area may be having trouble getting connected to the internet. The common error message is 678 or if you have a router, simply the page cannot be displayed yet your modem will show it’s synched. We are aware of the problem and working with the Phone Company as this issue resides on their network, to resolve this as quick as possible, so please keep trying until this problem is resolved.

9/19/11 11:30 pm:  No ETR as of yet. Have been told that Phone Technicians are working the trouble.
9/20/11 7:30 am:  No ETR as of yet. Added status on support line (757-253-7621, option 2).
9/20/11 3:00 pm:  We are still expecting an update from the phone company, shortly.  However, some customers have reported that their service started working again just before 3:00 pm.  You may need to power cycle your DSL modem and router equipment in order to reconnect.  We will provide another update once we hear more from the phone company.
9/20/11 6:00 pm:  The phone company reports that the outage has now cleared.
